These terms are between [ TO BE COMPLETED: the legal entity that operates Real Estate Agent Desk — registered company name, state of formation, and mailing address ] and the brokerage or individual agent who creates an account (“you”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Real Estate Agent Desk is a productivity tool for real estate professionals. It does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Deadlines, calculations, checklists, net sheets, and CMA value ranges are aids only — the executed contract and your broker's guidance are always the source of truth. Verify everything against the executed documents.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping login credentials secure, and for the activity of everyone you invite to your company. Don't use the app to store data you have no right to hold, to send communications that violate the law, or to attempt to access another company's data.

Each company's data is isolated from every other company's. Attempting to circumvent that isolation is grounds for immediate termination.

You own the client and transaction information you enter. We store and process it to provide the service to you — we do not sell it, and we do not use your clients' information to market to them.

You can export your clients, listings, and contact directories to CSV at any time from within the app. [ TO BE COMPLETED: whether a full account-level export is offered on request, and how long data is retained after an account closes ]

We aim to keep the app available and to give notice of significant changes, but the service is provided on an ongoing-development basis: features may be added, changed, or removed. What we can say plainly in the meantime: missed deadlines, contract outcomes, and compliance with real estate law remain your professional responsibility. The app assists; it does not assume that duty.

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or close an account for non-payment or for the misuse described above. [ TO BE COMPLETED: notice period before closure, and the window during which data can still be exported afterward ]

From you (the agent or brokerage): your name, email, phone, company details, license number, and login credentials, plus usage records such as sign-ins and an audit log of changes made in your company.

From your work: whatever you enter about clients, listings, showings, offers, transactions, documents you upload, and emails you send through the app.

Your company is the controller of your clients' personal information — you decide what to collect and why. Real Estate Agent Desk acts as a processor, holding and processing it on your instructions. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent and for honoring access, correction, or deletion requests under privacy laws that apply to you (such as CCPA or GDPR).

The app relies on a small number of providers, each receiving only what its job requires:

• Hosting (Vercel) — runs the application and receives standard request data such as IP address.
• Database & file storage (Supabase) — stores your records and uploaded documents.
• Email delivery (Resend) — receives the recipient address and contents of emails you send from the app.
• Address lookup (Mapbox) — receives the partial address text typed into an address field, to suggest and locate addresses. This applies on public forms too.
• Business-card reading (Anthropic) — only when an agent uses the card scanner: the photo is sent to be read, then discarded. It is not used to train models.

Data is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access is scoped to your company and protected by passwords, role-based permissions, optional two-factor login, and automatic idle logout. Public share links (client portals, home-info requests, lead forms) use long unguessable tokens that you can reset or switch off at any time.

When you send emails — client messages, review requests, or documents — they are sent from your company's verified sending domain, and replies come back to you. You are responsible for ensuring your communications comply with applicable laws, including:

• CAN-SPAM: marketing emails must include an opt-out and a valid physical mailing address. Only contact people who have consented or with whom you have an existing business relationship.
• Fair Housing: communications and marketing must not contain discriminatory content.

You may have reached this page from a form or a private link your agent sent you. Real Estate Agent Desk is the software your agent's brokerage uses to manage their work. Your agent's brokerage decides what information is collected about you and how long it is kept — we hold it on their behalf.

Depending on what your agent shared with you, you may have used:

• A contact form, where you gave your name and contact details so the agent could get in touch.
• A private status page for your transaction, showing progress, dates, and any documents your agent chose to share.
• A document upload box, sending files to your agent.
• A home information form, if you're selling — where you list the utility providers and services for your home so the buyer has them. Every field there is optional.

When you type an address into any of those, the partial text is sent to a mapping service (Mapbox) to suggest matching addresses.

Those private links are meant only for you — please don't forward them. Your agent can turn any link off at any time.

To see, correct, or delete your information, contact the agent or brokerage you're working with — they control it and can act on your request. If you can't reach them, [ TO BE COMPLETED: a contact address for consumer privacy requests ]
